In-stock Brands
We have two in-house printing brands with available stock ready for customers with printing needs but no specific design in mind.
Preferred patterns can be customized to your specifications, including size, color, and fabric base.
Traditional Printing
Traditional silk-screen printing is best suited for simple geometric and linear designs, particularly in quantities of three color-sets or fewer. Printing on cut pieces is preferred to avoid alignment issues.
The process in the right image combines digital printing and silk-screening to overcome traditional silk-screening limitations with unique designs.

Rotary Printing
Rotary printing, the predecessor of digital printing, has limitations on the number of screens used. However, since it operates mechanically, it significantly reduces the risk of misalignment, and increase the limitation of colors up to 14 sets.
Rotary printing costs about half of digital printing, but it comes with higher minimum order requirements. Orders over 3,000 yards waive setup and plate fees.
Digital Printing
Digital printing, a current market trend, offers customization starting from 30 yards per design. Pricing is based on total quantity ordered in one transaction.
Based on fabric type, we offer ‘direct digital printing’ and ‘dye sublimation printing.’ We’ll recommend the best method for your needs.
Our direct digital printer can handle materials like cotton, rayon, and nylon. Only POLY materials require dye sublimation.
